Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups brown rice flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup butter
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Blackberries
- Whipped cream
- 1 ½ cups ripe bananas, mashed
- ⅔ cup honey
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9×5 bread pan generously.
- In a bowl, sift flour, salt, and baking powder together.
- Cream butter and honey in a separate bowl, then add eggs.
- Beat thoroughly. Add bananas and dry ingredients.
- Mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until done.
